SAN ANTONIO – A common South Side Mexican restaurant failed an April overall health inspection, and when KSAT Investigates reporter Tim Gerber stopped by this week to locate out what occurred, the manager had no answers. He disappeared behind the kitchen door.

Taqueria La Tapatia

Taqueria La Tapatia, situated in the 6700 block of South Flores Street, saw its earlier score of 82 drop to 67. That is a failing score, according to Metro Well being.
