Art for Science: The Stalking of John James Audubon, a documentary developed by two University of Southern Indiana (USI) professors, was lately screened at the Victory International Film Festival in Evansville, Indiana. The film, which won Finest Hoosier Film, follows the life and perform of popular 19th-century naturalist John James Audubon. Dr. Lee Ann Howard, Chair of the Division of Communication and Media and Professor of Communication Research, along with Dr. David Black, Associate Professor Emeritus of Radio and Tv, worked collectively on this a single-hour documentary. In a generous gesture, the professors decided to donate their $500 award to the Dave Black Endowed Scholarship for Broadcasting at USI.
