The condition of former Croatian Minister of Defense Marija Banožić continues to improve, and he has been transferred from the Intensive Care Unit to the Clinic for Neurosurgery. He is still receiving multidisciplinary treatment, as announced by KBC Osijek. According to reports from HRT, Banožić is making progress in his recovery.
Former Minister Mario Banožić has eight days to activate his parliamentary mandate under the Croatian Parliament’s election law following his dismissal. His lawyer submitted a request on his behalf to activate the mandate and put it on hold. Additionally, the lawyer requested that the so-called “6+6 privilege” be activated, which would allow Banožić to receive full official salary for the next six months and half of it for the following six months.
