Authorities in the town of Coleraine are conducting a death investigation after a man was found dead outside a business fire early Sunday. Emergency crews were called to an industrial park on Ripple Road at around 1am where a business had been set on fire. According to Colerain Police spokesman Jim Love, the man was found dead in a chair outside the warehouse.
