Brian “Papa T” Troyan, 56, of Duboistown, died Sunday, March 12, 2023, at his household.
Born September 25, 1966 in Williamsport, he graduated from South Williamsport Higher College in 1984.
Brian was previously employed by Leclerc Foods, Kidron VT Hackney and Grumman’s, all in Montgomery.
In 2005, he married the former Dawn Wein, with whom he shared 17 years of marriage.
He was a lifelong Elvis enthusiast.
Brian was an avid sports fan, rooting for the Miami Dolphins, Boston Celtics, LA Dodgers and USC Trojans.
In addition to his wife, Dawn Troyan, he is survived by his father, Merline “Butch” (Eileen) Troyan, of Middleburg his mother, Judi (Charlie) Epright, of Montoursville his kids, Corey (LeeAnn) Troyan, of Williamsport, Evan, Kalyn, and Kara (Noah Seewald) Troyan, all of Harrisburg, and Tyler Troyan, of Duboistown two stepdaughters, Nicole (Paul) Mead, of Williamsport, and Liz (Timmy) Harvey, of Chicago a brother, Chip (Steph) Troyan, of Middleburg a sister, Charity (Rian) Sampsell, of Mifflinburg 4 grandchildren six nieces and nephews and a unique cousin, Tammy Harris.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John and Edith O’Brien and uncle, Jerry Troyan.
Brian’s family members will announce a celebration of life at a later date.
