Nearly two weeks ago, a carjacking occurred in front of a business on Dickens Road. The incident happened on March 22 at around 10 a.m. when the owner of a silver 2018 Infiniti K50 reported that the vehicle had been stolen. The owner had parked the car in front of the building the previous night at around 9 p.m., and according to surveillance footage from the business, an unidentified person approached the vehicle, broke the rear passenger side window, and entered.

During the theft, a blue Dodge Challenger pulled into the parking lot and the suspect was still in the Infiniti. About ten minutes later, the thief drove off in the Infiniti, closely followed by the driver of the Dodge. Anyone with information about this suspect or any vehicles involved is encouraged to contact Det. M. Valentina at (804) 501-5248 or submit tips anonymously through Crime Stoppers at (804) 780-1000.
