Jasmine Tolbert has joined the board of Columbia River Mental Overall health Solutions, a Clark County nonprofit that supplies behavioral well being and recovery solutions for youngsters, adults and households in Southwest Washington.
Tolbert, who holds a bachelor’s degree in social science with a concentration in personnel psychology/human sources from Washington State University in Vancouver, presently serves as IVCA Clark County’s Vice President of Men and women and Culture.
