Kylie Watson, who previously oversaw security in Australia and New Zealand, has been promoted to lead the Asia Pacific (APAC) and Middle East and Africa (MEA) regions by DKSC Technology. Based in Sydney, Watson will be responsible for helping clients in these regions improve their cyber security posture through advisory and managed security services.

With over two decades of IT experience across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Thailand, Watson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role. She joined DKSC earlier this year as head of security for A/NZ after a year as cybersecurity and digital trust partner at PvC Australia. Before that, she had experience in the Australian Army and leadership roles at companies such as SAP, Deloitte, HP, and IBM.

Watson is excited about her new role and expressed her confidence in providing expert service and threat intelligence to clients while promoting smart cyber resilience strategies. She is also described as a highly experienced, results-focused leader who is committed to supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Seelan Naiagam, president of DKSC Technologies for APAC and MEA, praised Watson’s fit with the company’s culture and her commitment to creating an environment where everyone can thrive. Her promotion marks DKSC’s focus on expanding cybersecurity services and supporting clients across industries and geographies in the APAC and MEA regions.
