DreamFolks Services Ltd has recently entered the Malaysian market as part of its global expansion strategy. The company plans to implement its technology services at three major airports in Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Kota Kinabalu International Airport and Kuching International Airport.

Passengers traveling through these airports will have access to lounges using DreamFolks EDC devices, which enable easy transactions with a simple tap or swipe of their bank card. Alternatively, passengers can also use the DreamFolks web access portal to skip the lines and gain access to the lounge by generating a QR code.

Earlier this year, DreamFolks announced a partnership with Plaza Premium Group, integrating over 340 Plaza Premium lounges into the DreamFolks Global Lounge network.

Liberata Kalat, Chairman and Managing Director of Dreamfolks Services Ltd, expressed confidence in the company’s technology solution and the benefits it will bring to all stakeholders. She believes passengers will enjoy a convenient and secure airport experience, lounge operators will see improved lounge rates, and airports will be able to improve the customer experience.

As the company takes this significant step in its expansion, its stock rose 0.43 percent to Rs 564 at 3:27 pm on the BSE.
