A Colorado drug screening business owner has been arrested for alleged sexual assault. Arben “Ben” Duka, 60, was taken into custody by Aurora police on March 15th on a felony charge of unlawful sexual contact. According to an October report, a woman accused Duka of sexually assaulting her at his business, Aurora Employment Testing. In February of the previous year, Duka changed the name of his business from Viz Quiz Employment Testing to its current name.
During the investigation, detectives from the Sex Crimes Unit discovered two other reported incidents involving Duke and female victims in 2023. Both women claimed they were subjected to unwanted sexual contact by Duke after providing urine samples. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both misdemeanors. The case was filed in October, around the same time as the last victim’s report of being assaulted.
The Sex Crimes Unit is urging any other potential victims to come forward if they have any information to share. Anyone who has any information related to this case can contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867) and reference case number AP23-202838.
