In 2023, ECIPSA, a real estate holding company led by businessman Jaime Garbarski, took over the participation of IRSA in the former Nobleza Picardo property in Buenos Aires. The company plans to begin work on a significant mixed-use development project on this land, which is almost 16 hectares. ECIPSA has been operating in the country for 45 years and has over 101 ventures in 12 cities. It sells plots, houses and apartments under various commercial brands such as Natania and MilAires.

ECIPSA is also expanding internationally, having signed an exclusivity agreement with Cristal Lagoons to operate in Sao Paulo, Brazil under its VoOoV brand. The company has also opened offices in Israel where it will manage the exclusive license of Cristal Lagoons for the Middle Eastern country. In Paraguay, ECIPSA hopes to consolidate its investments and projects under the Natania brand while planning to expand operations and bring its international brands to new Latin American countries.

In Argentina, ECIPSA recently completed its megaproject Natania 61 in Mendoza with more than 190 apartments. The second phase was completed in 2022, and the last delivery was made recently. The company’s General Manager, Walter Fuchs, assures that ECIPSA will continue to invest in new projects in Mendoza as well as other Argentine provinces and other countries. Overall, ECIPSA is committed to continuing its growth and expansion both domestically and internationally.
