Econocom's recruitment drive aims to hire 100 professionals and drive business growth

Ekonokom, a technology company, has announced a recruitment campaign as part of its “One Ekonokom 2024-2028” plan. The goal is to bring in 100 new agents in the next three years in order to increase the company's business volume from 2,800 to 4,000 million euros in the next five years.

Currently, Econocom has a network of agents who are self-employed entrepreneurs working with the company's clients. They are now looking to expand this network by adding new professionals to strengthen their sales team and improve relationships with customers across Europe.

The president and founder of Econocom, Jean-Louis Bouchard, highlighted the company's unique model of independent agents and its long-standing relationship with clients. They are looking for experienced sales people in their lines of business to join the team and help drive the company's growth.

Carlos Perez-Herce, Country Manager of Econocom in Spain, described the company as versatile, flexible and agile, thanks to its business models and partner ecosystems. They are looking for talented sales professionals who can offer cutting-edge technology solutions and differentiate Econocom from local competitors.

The recruitment program is supported by a multimedia campaign, including video testimonials from commercial agents across Europe. This initiative is implemented in different countries, including France, Italy, Spain, Benelux, Germany and the United Kingdom.
