On Monday, April 8, 2024 from 5-7 p.m., Ogeechee Technical College is hosting a free course on starting a child care business. This course will be held in the Oak Room of the Jack Hill Building on the OTC campus.

As the population in Bulloch County and surrounding areas continues to grow, there is an increasing demand for childcare services. Attendees of this course will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights from the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning and experienced childcare professionals. They will share essential resources and strategies for successfully starting a licensed child care facility or home learning center.

The sessions will cover topics such as how to start a childcare business, how to run a childcare program from your home, how to expand your current childcare business, education and career opportunities in early childhood care and education, as well as available financial resources.

This event is free to attend but pre-registration is required. Interested individuals can apply at the given link. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn from experts in the field and take the first step towards starting your own childcare business.
