HMI Anlagenbau GmbH, a German company that specializes in gas, plumbing, heating, cooling and air conditioning, as well as an engineering office for construction services, has filed for bankruptcy after undergoing a restructuring process without self-management. The company had debts of around €10.6 million and was terminating the restructuring plan after late payments from clients for major construction projects and a lack of orders. Creditreform stated that bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated and opened for the company (FN 460164m), affecting 39 employees. The difficult financial situation led to the decision not to continue operations, especially since no new orders are expected in the near future. According to Creditreform, the company has already agreed to cease operations.
