Yesterday, a fisherman from Gornji Stupnik named Dražen Trdak caught a massive catfish on Lake Vrana. The fish was two meters long and weighed an incredible 60 kilograms. Photos of Trdak and his impressive catch were shared on the social networks of the Vrana Lake Nature Park, garnering a lot of attention and excitement from viewers.
According to a Facebook post, Trdak’s successful fishing was due in large part to his luck on the day of the catch. The battle with the catfish lasted an hour and a half, but in the end, Trdak emerged victorious. The post also provided details about the gear used during the catch, including a small babushka as bait, a 3.9m Governor rod, 3.75lb line and an Okuma reel.
