LIHUʻE, HI – The Division of Well being (DOH) Kauaʻi County Well being Workplace will conduct a Neighborhood Assessment of Public Well being Emergency Response (CASPER) to assess the level of emergency preparedness and present nicely-getting of Kauaʻi households.
