The Hajduk players, led by their standout player Marko Livaj, are saying farewell to the Euro qualifiers as they prepare to continue their journey in the HNL. With just four rounds left until the end of the year, their first match back is against Istria 1961 on Sunday at 3 p.m.
This match has the potential to break the record for attendance at a home game for Istria, which currently stands at 7,500 spectators during the Cup semi-final against Rijeka. Tickets for the southern stand have sold out, as well as those for the eastern stand, where fans with Hajduk’s badges can enter. Only tickets for the north stand remain on sale.
The stadium’s capacity is about 8,900 seats and currently 1,246 tickets remain available for purchase. However, it is expected that more “late” tickets will be sold before the game starts, so it seems that attendance record at Istria stadium could fall. First of all, thanks to Hajduk fans for their support.
