Hubbard-Hall Acquires Prosys Finishing Technology, Expands Product Offering and Strengthens Commitment to Customer Support

Hubbard-Hall Inc. has recently acquired Prosys Finishing Technology, expanding its product portfolio and welcoming Randy DiSano, the former owner of Prosys, to its team. This strategic move not only enhances Hubbard-Hall’s product offering but also reinforces its commitment to providing complete customer support, particularly in the Northeast sheeting market.

As part of the acquisition, Hubbard-Hall became a distributor for Pavco, a leading supplier of sheet metal specialties. CEO Molly Kellogg said the acquisition is a game-changer for the company, praising Randy DiSano for his customer-centric approach and adding that Pavco’s innovative chemistry and technology service are valuable additions to their lineup.

DiSano recognized the need for additional resources to continue growth after making the difficult decision to sell Prosis after 25 years. He believes Hubbard-Hall’s strong reputation and commitment to innovation make them the ideal partner to carry on the Prossis legacy. DiSano is excited to join the Hubbard-Hall team and continue to serve clients with the same dedication and expertise.

In addition to the acquisition, Hubbard-Hall will now consolidate the distribution of MetalChem EN products in the Northeast region, improving operations and improving customer service. The acquisition also granted Hubbard-Hall the rights to Prosys cleaning and finishing formulas.
