The buyer intends to occupy the office building when the current tenant, Summer Discovery, leaves by the end of the year. According to Lui, who represented both parties in the transaction, there were multiple offers at the asking price and that it took just 30 days for the property to go under contract. The sale of 1326 Old Northern Blvd represents a significant transaction in the Roslyn area and indicates potential growth and development for the property as it is planned for renovation.

The office space has been owned and operated by Musik Properties LLC for many years and is considered an iconic building in Roslyn. The buyer will receive short-term income while they finalize their construction and business plans.
