On Friday, December 1st, the Adirondack Artists Alliance on Saranac Lake will be hosting an exhibition of paintings by Georgeanna Gaffney. Gaffney’s work covers a wide range of subjects, sizes and materials, and she chose the title ‘Luminance’ to convey the romantic and dreamy mood of her pieces. The exhibition will feature large 8-foot landscapes on gilt panels as well as mini gilt water lilies and business card-sized floral pieces, among other pieces.
