Marvel has announced their newest game, “Marvel Rivals,” which will be a shooter-style game with a wide range of heroes and villains. Developed by NetEase Game, the game will feature two teams of six characters battling it out for control of the battlefield.

The story of “Marvel Rivals” revolves around the conflict between Doctor Doom and his future counterpart from the year 2099, which has caused multiple universes to collide in the Timeline Plot. Superheroes and supervillains from different multiverses must band together to fight these threats.

One unique feature of “Marvel Rivals” is that two heroes can combine their powers to perform more powerful attacks, offering an innovative twist on gameplay. The game will be free-to-play and initially feature 18 characters, including popular heroes like Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Iron Man, and Spider-Man as well as villains like Loki and Magneto.

NetEase promises continuous updates with new heroes, arenas, and content for players to enjoy. With a diverse cast of characters and ongoing updates, “Marvel Rivals” aims to provide an immersive and engaging experience for fans of the Marvel Universe.
