On Monday night, a masked man pistol-whipped an employee at the Sky Spa located in Pittsburgh’s Overbrook neighborhood during a robbery. Emergency services arrived on the scene at 7:49 p.m. in the 2500 block of Library Road. According to reports, the employee was letting a customer through the door when two men forced their way into the business.

Although three customers and four other employees were present during the attack, they were on the second floor and did not witness it firsthand. The victim told police she saw one gun before being shot in the head by one of the masked men.

The identity of those responsible for this crime is currently unknown, and it is also unclear what, if anything, was taken from the business during the robbery. No further information has been released at this time.
