On Friday, a small private passenger plane carrying five people crashed on a busy highway in Florida and collided with two vehicles on the ground. The Bombardier Challenger 600 business jet, which had taken off from Ohio, was approaching Naples Airport when the pilot reported that both engines had failed, according to the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). Footage from the crash scene shows the plane engulfed in flames and smoke after it crashed on Interstate 75 near Naples, on the Gulf Coast. The plane struck a car and a pickup truck on the highway. Two people were killed in the collision, while three people from the plane survived.
