GREENSBORO, NC (theACC.com) – Florida State punched its ticket to the 2023 Women’s College Planet Series soon after a two- shutout of No. 14 Georgia on Friday in Tallahassee, Florida. This is the 13th time the Seminoles have sophisticated in the WCVS.

No. three Florida State will face No. six Oklahoma State subsequent week at USA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium in Oklahoma City. VCVS begins on June 1st.

In the initial game Thursday evening, FSU created a statement with an eight-1 victory more than the Bulldogs. Georgia took an early 1- lead in the initial inning, but the Seminoles scored eight unanswered runs — 4 in the third inning and 4 a lot more in the fifth — to take Game 1.

The Seminoles are 108-75 all-time in the NCAA Tournament in their 35th look.
