On February 12th at approximately 4:55 a.m., the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary that occurred at a Boise business in the 5500 block of Old Boice Road. According to RPSO, a man approached the business and allegedly entered it by ramming the front door with a black Ford Fusion, causing significant damage to both the door and the vehicle.

Once inside, the suspect reportedly took an ATM from the building and put it into his vehicle before leaving about six minutes later. The black Ford Fusion sustained heavy rear damage as well as missing side mirrors during the incident, losing its rear bumper and several parts of its undercarriage.

The suspect is currently wanted for simple burglary, theft, and criminal damage to property. The Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating this case and encourages anyone with any information related to the incident to come forward.
