Milford, Del. – Two people have been arrested in connection with a burglary at Red Bandana earlier this month. The incident occurred just after 4:30 a.m., when police responded to an alarm at the store. Upon arrival, they discovered that one of the front glass windows had been broken and over $4,000 worth of merchandise had been stolen.

Two days later, some of the stolen property was located, which helped detectives identify one suspect, 37-year-old Donald Fulmore. On March 21, police met with Fulmore and discovered he was in possession of the remaining stolen property. Another suspect, 18-year-old Brooklyn Marcum, was also identified as an accessory to the crime.

Fulmore was charged with third-degree burglary, theft, criminal mischief, sale of stolen property over $1,500, sale of stolen property under $1,500 and third-degree conspiracy. He was later released on unsecured bond. Marcum was charged with third-degree conspiracy and released on bond.
