With a contract in hand, Turner Construction and its consortium partners are set to construct an engineering and science building at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. This new 189,000-square-foot facility will provide the private research faculty with its first new structure in over twenty years.

The project will house wet labs, dry labs, and other research spaces, further advancing the university’s scientific pursuits. An all-American team consisting of Adrian Maldonado & Associates, Next Generation Construction, and the AKA team, in addition to Turner Construction, will work together on this $300 million project.

Adrian Maldonado, president of Adrian Maldonado & Associates, expressed his excitement about the project saying, “This state-of-the-art facility will further demonstrate the university’s standing nationwide in the study of science and engineering. The completion of this building is planned for 2026.”
