Camille Renshaw is a well-known figure in the commercial real estate industry, with an impressive track record of closing deals worth over $30 billion. Her journey began after selling a successful startup and investing part of the proceeds in commercial real estate assets. Although her initial goal was to become a better owner, Renshaw developed a strong passion for the business itself.

After her success as an owner, Renshaw held senior positions at top brokerage firms before co-founding B+E in 2017. Not only has she contributed significantly to net investment in leasing and 1031 exchanges, but she has also become an innovator in commercial real estate technology. Renshaw introduced its technology to CRE services at a time when many in the industry were still skeptical about the importance of technology.

In recognition of her achievements, Renshaw received two prestigious awards in 2020 as CPE’s Innovator of the Year and Net Lease Executive of the Year. In an episode of Investment Matters, she shares her thoughts on 1031 exchange trends, the future of debt markets, the evolving role of technology and more.

Renshaw discusses a variety of topics including 2023 takeaways, top 1031 exchange trends, generational wealth strategies, debt markets and net leases, how family offices approach investments, overlooked issues in debt insurance, where the action is 1031 and much more. She even touches on the importance of technology in the commercial real estate industry.
