Novak Djokovic has just won a record seventh ATP Finals title by defeating Janik Sinner in Turin. Despite facing a setback when he lost to Siner in the group stage, his coach Goran Ivanišević knew that he would eventually come out on top.

Ivanisević revealed that after Djokovic’s loss to Siner, they did not see him until Thursday, leaving uncertainty as to whether he would continue the competition at all. However, Djokovic’s coach highlighted the internal struggles he faced, despite being the best player in the world, always striving for more.

Djokovic described his victory over Siner as one of the best seasons of his career. With 55 wins and only six losses, he won three out of four Grand Slam titles and only lost in the Wimbledon final. He also secured a total of seven titles. Ivanisević agreed with Djokovic’s assessment and praised the 22-year-old Italian Sinero for his ability to potentially win Grand Slam titles in the coming year, highlighting his fearlessness in competing against the top players.
