The USA Women’s National Team advanced to the semifinals of the 2024 World Aquatics Championships in Doha, Qatar. In the win, Maddie Musselman scored three goals for Team USA, and Jenna Flynn and Maggie Stephens each added two. Ashley Johnson made a total of 11 saves for Team USA.

Maggie Stephens and Jenna Flynn were the only points for the United States in the first quarter. Later, Maddie Musselman scored twice to make it 5-3 at halftime. In the third quarter, Johnson made a total of eight saves for Team USA.

Steffens and Jovana Sekulić each added a goal for the final score of 8-3. Jewel Roemer scored the tenth goal on the USA scoreboard. Australia scored five unanswered goals in the final quarter of play, but Team USA held on to win 10-9 and advance to the semifinals.
