A tragic shooting occurred outside a Miramar business Tuesday morning, claiming the life of a 58-year-old man and injuring another person. The shooter responsible is currently at large, leaving authorities baffled as to their whereabouts and escape route.
The incident took place at the business complex on Enterprise Way around 10:30 a.m., according to Detective Jesenia Diaz, spokesperson for the Miramar police department. Both victims were employed in one of the companies within the complex.
On Thursday, authorities identified the deceased victim as Devon Blake, but the exact time of his death at the hospital remains unknown. The injured person, whose identity and gender have not been disclosed, is reportedly in stable condition after being shot. It is unclear if they are still in the hospital as of Thursday.
