Vodafone has announced changes to some landline contracts on its website. While the exact offers affected by these modifications are not specified, monthly rates are expected to increase by 2 to 3 euros. The telecommunications company explains that these changes are necessary to continue investing in the network and meet new traffic demands.
Customers whose contracts will be subject to unilateral remodulation have the option not to accept the changes and withdraw from the contract without additional costs. However, cancellation must be notified within 60 days of receiving Vodafone’s communication. According to the operator, customers who see their prices increase will receive a notification included in their invoice with a minimum withdrawal period of 60 days.
Vodafone customers can exercise their right of withdrawal through various channels, including the official website, physical stores, sending a registered letter with return receipt to customer service, sending a PEC to email@example.com, or by calling number 190 and stating the reasons for withdrawal.
