In addition, Walmart provides customized product recommendations through a gift finder, allowing shoppers to sort ideas by price range, customer rating, availability, shipping speed, and brand. The retailer believes that throwing a great party is not only an opportunity to mark the season but also fosters a sense of camaraderie and team spirit among employees.
