WATERFORD TOWNSHIP — A man discovered dead in a burning property final week has been identified as Robert Karleski, owner of a Racine County nursing property.

Karleski, 65, was discovered dead March eight as firefighters battled a fire at his property in the 30900 block of Prospect Drive, west of the Fox River.

Officials have released Karleski’s identity, but other details associated to his death remains unavailable.

The Racine County Fire Investigation Job Force could not be reached for comment relating to the incident.

The Racine County Healthcare Examiner’s Workplace declined to comment on preliminary autopsy findings and other details, such as when and exactly where Karleski is believed to have died.
