Willmar Issues $591,310 in Construction, Mechanical and Plumbing Permits in February

In February, the city of Willmar issued a total of 42 construction, mechanical and plumbing permits with a combined value of $591,310. The most notable permit was for a commercial roof repair at 800 19th Ave. SV, valued at $159,930 and issued to Bruce Torrell of Leaders Manufacturing. Other significant permits included a fire alarm system for an apartment building, a commercial re-roofing project, a residential housing project, and a fire alarm system update for Carris Health. With the addition of these permits to the previous ones issued in February, the city has issued a total of $1,162,205 worth of permits so far this year.
