Aurora Employment Testing, owned by Arben “Ben” Duke, was the site of a reported sexual assault in October. A woman claimed to have been assaulted at the business, which was formerly known as Viz Quiz Employment Testing before being renamed in February 2023. As the investigation progressed, two more incidents involving Duka and women were discovered. Both women reported similar experiences of unwanted sexual contact after providing urine samples. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with misdemeanors for unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification. The case was filed in October, coinciding with the last reported incident. Potential witnesses or victims are encouraged to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867) and reference number AP23-202838.
