However, despite the abundance of job offers, 42.7% of the jobs remain vacant due to a lack of suitable candidates, especially in the tourism, services and construction sectors.
To address this issue and encourage employment among young people, women and individuals over 35 years of age in the South SEZ area, a new “Superbonus for employment” has been introduced. To facilitate the meeting between supply and demand of work, a truck from the National Foundation for Labor Consultants will be stationed in Piazza Duomo in Messina on Monday from 9 am to 2 pm as part of their national route “Business travels with us!” Tour for Orientation, Legality and Security.”
