CEO Oli Pirhonen explained the cautious marketing investments made by the company due to the uncertain economic situation. Despite this, Ilkka reiterated its guidance for 2024, expecting revenue to remain flat or increase slightly with an adjusted operating profit expected to grow.
The company highlighted the challenging outlook due to geopolitical tensions and economic uncertainty that could affect future performance. In 2023, Ilkka had a turnover of 56.1 million euros and an adjusted operating profit of 0.4 million euros.
