UnBar Cafe, a new establishment in Cleveland’s Larchmere neighborhood, is set to open its doors this month. Owner Melissa Garrett recently received the top prize of $20,000 at JumpStart Inc.’s Program of Impact on Small Businesses. The event took place at Cleveland’s House of Blues and celebrated the 20th cohort of JumpStart’s Small Business Impact program.

This program is a 12-week accelerator that offers personalized advice and business coaching to entrepreneurs. The exhibition featured a pitching competition hosted by Josh and Maria Cribbs and presented by the Cleveland Browns. Josh Cribbs, a former wide receiver for the Browns, hosts a local television talk show with his wife, Maria Cribbs.
