Protecting and Promoting Public Health: A Community Celebration and Resource Fair

The First Annual Public Health Celebration and Resource Fair is welcoming everyone to come learn about public health, which is all about protecting and improving the health of individuals and communities. The event will feature a career panel led by Dr. Ashanti Carter of CDU and special guest principal Alison King of LBHHS, as well as free food while supplies last for those who sign up, register, and attend the resource fair.

This celebration is taking place during National Public Health Week, Black Student Success Week, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Awareness Month. Join us in supporting, learning, promoting, and protecting public health together!

If you need sign language interpretation services or Communication Access Real Time Interpretation (CART) services for the event, please contact the event contact at least 72 hours prior to the event if you are a student requiring these services or 5 business days prior if you are a faculty or staff member requiring CART services. Requests will be based on provider availability. More information can be found on the event flyer.
