Amazon K Business, a new feature within Amazon K Business, has been officially launched by AWS. This service allows employees to interact with organizational knowledge and enterprise systems through a seamless web-based chat experience. It provides comprehensive answers to complex questions and empowers users to take action.

One of the key features of Amazon K Apps is its ability to allow users to easily create apps based on their conversations with Amazon K Business or by describing app ideas in natural language. Users can build, share and customize applications using enterprise data to improve productivity. Apps can be published to an administrator-managed library for secure sharing and compliance with data governance policies.

In addition, Amazon K Business now offers custom plug-ins that allow administrators to connect third-party applications for employees to use through natural language queries. This feature enables actions such as submitting time off requests or sending meeting invitations directly through Amazon K Business. Users can also search real-time data, such as employee free time status or scheduled appointments.

Both Amazon K Business and Amazon K Apps are currently available in the US East (N. Virginia) and US West (Oregon) AWS regions. These services are designed to improve employee productivity, simplify tasks and improve communication within the company.
