In November 2021, a series of break-ins occurred at businesses in Stafford, Virginia. Three juveniles were arrested in connection with the burglaries, including a 17-year-old boy who was apprehended earlier this month. Two other boys, ages 16 and 17, had previously been arrested and were booked into the Rappahannock Juvenile Detention Center.

The burglaries began on November 9 at Nara Thai Cuisine and Stafford Tobacco and Vape Shop, both located on Garrisonville Road in North Stafford. During these thefts, cash, wine, and vape products were stolen. On December 8, the vape shop was broken into again along with Shaz Unique Studio salon on the same road. Vapes, cash, and a laptop were taken during these robberies. Two days later, Discount Tobacco and Vape on Deacon Road in the southern part of the county was also targeted.

Deputies who were in the area were able to arrest one of the suspects at the time of the third burglary and connect him to other incidents. Surveillance footage played a crucial role in identifying all three teenagers as suspects in the case. All three youths are facing multiple charges including breaking and entering, grand theft, destruction of property
