Kansas City is home to many unique neighborhoods, but one that stands out for its development potential without disrupting traffic or business is the Crossroads area. Brewery Imperial, located in this area, has been thriving since it opened its doors in 1995.
The owner of the brewery, Rich Kasiansky, has seen firsthand the growth and development downtown over the years. He remembers a time when it was difficult to find places to go out downtown, but now there is a vibrant community with many bars, restaurants and entertainment options. However, he also acknowledges the uncertainty that comes with further development and construction in the area.
Despite these concerns, Kasiansky remains optimistic about the potential opportunities and growth that could come from locating in such a dynamic area. He sees great potential near the stadium downtown and believes it could bring more business on game days as people pass by on their way to and from the stadium.
