Arben “Ben” Duke, a 60-year-old man, is currently being investigated by Aurora police for having unwanted sexual contact with customers at his urinalysis service. The investigation began in October when the Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with unlawful sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both misdemeanors.

Duka was arrested on March 15 in connection with the incident, and police discovered two more cases in October 2023 where he had unwanted sexual contact with women while they were providing urine samples. As a result, detectives are urging anyone who may have more information about Duka or who was a victim during their visit to Aurora Emploiment Testing to come forward and speak with them.

Citizens with information about Duke or his alleged crimes are encouraged to call police at 720-913-7867 and cite case number AP23-202838. Aurora police expressed concern that there may be additional victims who did not report incidents of unwanted sexual contact to authorities. They hope that by coming forward, victims can seek justice and help protect others from similar incidents in the future.
