Asai has been recognized for her outstanding leadership in legal technology by the International Legal Technology Association. She has more than two decades of experience in the industry and currently serves as chief innovation and value officer at Crovell & Moring, where she leads the firm’s innovation and value initiatives. Asai has a wide range of responsibilities, including overseeing projects related to customer value, business intelligence, knowledge management, practice innovation, research services and generative artificial intelligence.
Asai began her career as a litigator at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher before founding Allegory, a cloud-based litigation management platform. She later served as Integreon Discovery Solutions’ Chief Innovation Officer after Integreon was acquired by Allegori. Asai then joined Litera Microsystems, where she focused on improving the company’s visibility and customer relationships by collaborating with industry leaders and developing lawyer-friendly technologies.
