Guy Grace, K-12 National Security Program Manager at ASSA ABLOI Door Security Solutions, has over 38 years of experience in the security industry. He previously served as the Director of Security and Emergency Planning for Littleton Public Schools for over three decades and was recognized as the 2020 K-12 Campus Safety Director of the Year. In addition to his work with Littleton Public Schools, Grace has also received many other national and safety awards throughout his career.
Mike Newton is another school security expert with extensive experience in physical security, emergency management, threat assessment, emergency communications and continuity of operations. He currently serves as SLED Account Executive at Convergint and focuses on the K-12 vertical in Colorado. Prior to working at Convergint, Newton served as the Director of Safety and Security for Elizabeth School District, where he was responsible for all aspects of physical security for the district. During his tenure at Elizabeth SD, Newton received the K-12 Principal of the Year Award from Campus Safety.
