Michael Langman recently took on the role of Vice President of Aerospace & Defense Commercial Sales and Business Development at SparkCognition. Prior to this, he served as vice president of strategy, sales and business development for the company’s government systems business. Langman announced his new position via a LinkedIn post on Friday.
Throughout his career, Langman has gained experience in various roles in the industry. He served as Executive Director of Corporate Development/M&A at the former Rockwell Collins, Managing Director at The McLean Group and Senior Director of Corporate Business Development at Thales’ US business. Before joining SparkCognition Government Systems, he held the position of Vice President at D-Fend Solutions.
Langman’s diverse background and experience make him a valuable addition to the SparkCognition team. In addition to his corporate experience, he also served five years in the US Army. He reached the rank of captain during his time in the military before moving into the corporate sector.
