The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners is currently inviting abstracts for the 2024 Health Policy Conference. The conference, titled “Bold Transformations Toward an Equitable Future Conference,” will take place from October 31 to November 2, 2024 at the Marriott Marquis in Washington, DC.
The conference aims to highlight the importance of virtual health, community partnerships, and the economic value of nursing in achieving a more just future. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about leadership strategies for systemic change and promoting overall well-being. Interprofessional thought leaders in policy and practice will share key health equity interventions that will transform the way healthcare is delivered, paid for, and received.
The Academy encourages colleagues, nurses, students, policymakers, and other stakeholders to participate in a conversation that will help them prepare for trusted collaboration and take bold action to advance evidence-based policy solutions.
