Yamaha Motor Company has announced a new partnership with Lola Cars to compete in the 11th season of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship. The iconic motorsport brand, renowned for its numerous championship victories, will collaborate with Yamaha to develop and supply the powertrain for the all-electric single-seater racing series starting in the 2024/25 season.
The president of Lola Cars Ltd, Till Bechtolsheimer, expressed his excitement at the return to Formula E and highlighted the opportunity for technological development.
